1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Agora is a policy deliberation platform designed for use by government organizations, their members, and the public. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Agora a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Platform.

5. Public Records

Content posted within government organization workspaces may be subject to applicable public records laws, including the New Hampshire Right-to-Know Law (RSA 91-A). Organization administrators are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
